We're delighted to announce that Janet Deane has been awarded the Inclusive Practise award at the Student-Led Teaching Awards (run by the Cambridge Students' Union). Nominated and selected by students, this award recognises staff who are exceptional or impressively proactive in ensuring that their work is inclusive of all students in terms of race, disability or gender. Congratulations to Janet!
Many thanks go to Holly Monkhouse who put together a comprehensive and detailed nomination for Janet (which was acknowledged by the announcer of the award!). This is a great example of the welcoming and inclusive culture which CIMR aims to foster.
